نظر نہ آئی کبھی پھر وہ گاؤں کی گوری
اگرچہ مل گئے دیہات آ کے شہروں سے
اخروٹ کھائیں تاپیں انگیٹھی پہ آگ آ
رستے تمام گاؤں کے کہرے سے اٹ گئے
کیسا ہنگامہ بپا ہے کہ مرے شہر کے لوگ
خامشی ڈھونڈھنے غاروں کی طرف جاتے ہوئے
